We are looking for a technology to seal paper packaging materials (paper only with no plastic coating) without using traditional glues or any other additive. For a sustainable packaging application, we're looking for a technology to seal or crimp kraft paper without using glue or plastic coating applied on the paper. Ideally, we want to seal 100% untreated paper without adding any other chemicals. Our preferred solution would be a folding of the packaging material

LIH383: novel modulator of the opioid system regulator ACKR3

LIH383 is a novel highly potent and specific negative modulator of ACKR3, developed by Dr Andy Chevigné, Head of Immunopharmacology and Interactomics, and Dr Martyna Szpakowska. It is an octapeptide (short chain of eight amino acids) with high selectivity and subnanomolar affinity for ACKR3. It was engineered by introducing a series of mutations to adrenorphin. Compared with other natural opioid ligands, its sequence (FGGFMRRK) confers it maximum specificity and affinity for ACKR3 and minimum selectivity and affinity for other opioid receptors. LIH383 therefore binds to and blocks ACKR3, thereby modulating the availability of opioid peptides that can bind to classical opioid receptors in the brain and potentiating their natural painkilling and antidepressant properties. LIH383 is therefore a positive regulator of the opioid system. In a nutshell, LIH383 presents the following advantages: > Subnanomolar potency > High selectivity for ACKR3 > Short chain (8 amino acids) > Easy to synthesise/customise

Functional isokinetic rehabilitation developed by and for physiotherapists: Our physical rehabilitation equipment helps physiotherapists and massage therapists in evaluation and in muscle and joint rehabilitation for recovery and maintenance of movement and prevention. The entire product line incorporates control of concentric, eccentric force both isokinetics and manual resistance simulation. Passive mobilization and isometric exercices are also available. Kinevolution® was created by the collaborative efforts of engineers and physiotherapists, our driving force being against loss of autonomy by seniors and to improve experience of physical rehabilitation of disabled people and people with special needs requiring a health care course of action. The objective is to make this tool available to physiotherapists and massage therapists for assistance and follow-up, which correspond to their current needs.
